A wholesome, farm-to-table Thai-inspired meal crafted with local ingredients, garden-grown produce, and bright tropical notes — designed to keep your midweek light, balanced, and delicious.

Chicken & Egg Pad Thai
A lighter, balanced version of Thailand’s most beloved dish — featuring tender shredded chicken breast, farm-fresh eggs, and a mix of rice noodles and zucchini noodles, tossed in a tangy homemade tamarind–lime sauce with fresh peppers and green onions from our outdoor garden, and topped with microgreens grown in our indoor hydroponic garden.

Main Ingredients:
Rice noodles, zucchini, shredded chicken breast, eggs, tamarind–lime sauce, garden-grown green onions and peppers, hydroponic microgreens, olive oil, and peanuts.

Allergens:
Peanuts, eggs, soy (from tamari/soy sauce).
